Marvin Mims Jr. is projected to have a big role in the Denver offense this season after coming on strong in the second half of 2024.
Overall, Mims finished with 39 catches for 503 yards and six touchdowns. He scored memorable touchdowns against the Browns and Bengals, including two in Cincinnati with one helping the Broncos tie the game late.
Denver traded wide receiver Devaughn Vele to the Saints last week, and only kept five wideouts on the 53-man roster, so depth at the position in already a concern. The Broncos did put veterans Michael Bandy and A.T. Perry on their 16-man practice squad on Wednesday.
Head coach Sean Payton did not meet with the media after practice, so we should get our next update on Marvin Mims Jr. on Thursday.
