LAS VEGAS — As expected, D.J. Jones will play for the Broncos after passing through the league-mandated post-concussion protocol this week.
Jones did not practice until Friday as he went through the steps of the protocol after being injured last Sunday. The Broncos listed him as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
Also playing after being listed as questionable is LG Dalton Risner. Risner suffered an ankle injury against San Francisco last Sunday, but finished the game. He did not practice three days later, but saw limited work Thursday and a full practice workload Friday.
Denver’s seven inactive players against the Raiders are:
- WR Tyrie Cleveland (hamstring)
- Edge rusher Jonathon Cooper (hamstring)
- RG Quinn Meinerz (hamstring)
- CB Darius Phillips (hamstring)
- RT Billy Turner (knee)
- DL Enyi Uwazurike (healthy scratch)
- WR Jalen Virgil (healthy scratch)
Turner, Uwazurike and Virgil have been game-day scratches for all four weeks so far this season.
