Broncos elevate linebacker from practice squad with Greenlaw sidelined

The Broncos gave a game-weekend call to Levelle Bailey once again.

With Dre Greenlaw sidelined after missing practice this week due to a hamstring injury, Bailey received his third practice-squad elevation of the season for Sunday’s regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The second-year linebacker will be the Broncos’ only practice-squad elevation this week. He played 10 games as a rookie and two games this season: Week 1 against Tennessee and last week at Kansas City.

All practice-squad elevations reset for the playoffs, meaning that the Broncos will be able to elevate Bailey for the postseason if necessary. Each player is limited to three elevations from the practice squad per regular season.
