Mike Pritchard is in for Stoke on Monday and the Broncos have announced that head coach, Vance Joseph will be back in 2018. Pritch says that was the right decision because the last time the Broncos made a knee jerk reaction they took a quarterback in the first round and saw how that turned out. Pritch says Broncos Country is too respectable to have to go through another season like 2017.

With Vance coming back, this could mean an expanding role for Gary Kubiak in the front office.

Brandon Stokley joins Zach and Pritch to talk about the decision to keep Vance and Pritch asks Stoke how to make it seem like It was the right decision to the fan base.
