The Denver Broncos selected Illinois wide receiver Pat Bryant in the third round of the NFL Draft on Friday.
Bryant caught 54 passes for 984 yards and 10 touchdowns last fall, helping the fighting a Illini’ to a 10-3 season.
Bryant gives young quarterback Bo Nix more weapons on offense where Sean Payton hopes to take the Broncos to the playoffs once again.
Bryant joins a wide receiver group highlighted by veteran Cortland Sutton and youngster Marvin Mims
The Broncos made a draft day trade to get the pick that they acquired Bryant with.
