DMac and Chad Brown kicked off the show reacting to John Elway’s pre-draft conference call from earlier today. The guys gave their thoughts on the Michael Jordan’s documentary, “The Las Dance.” In the water cooler, DMac and Chad gave their thoughts on the virtual NFL mock draft with all of the GMs. To close out the hour, the fellas reacted to the latest picks in the Fan Mock Draft.

In Football at Four, Sal Paolantonio of ESPN joined the show to preview what the Eagles will end up doing in the draft. Sal explained why he doesn’t think that the Eagles will be aggressive and move up for a wide receiver in the first round. DMac and Chad gave their thoughts on Sal’s comments saying that the Broncos offense will be better if their wide receivers get open because it will help the offensive line. The guys then jumped into Pat’s Playbook to look at the next Giants game from last season. DMac questioned why the Broncos hired Pat Shurmur. The guys then broke down Peter King’s one and only mock draft of the year. Which team is going to trade up for Tua in his mock and do the Broncos take a WR? Chad explained that if Jerry Jeudy is on the board at 15, he would still try to trade down.

In the third hour, DMac and Chad discuss what they love about the NFL Draft and how many legitimate options the Broncos will have when they pick at fifteen. The guys discuss what they’ve learned by studying Pat Shurmur’s playbook and react to Sal Paolantonio’s comments regarding how Shurmur’s effective Shurmur’s offense will be here in Denver.
