BOULDER, Colo. — The Colorado Buffaloes are back in Boulder this week to take on the No. 22 Iowa State Cyclones in another tough Big 12 matchup. They had a chance to get their first conference win of the season against TCU a week ago, but squandered yet another 14-point lead as the Horned Frogs forced four CU turnovers and put up 35 points on offense, a number that CU couldn’t match. Saturday’s contest is Coach Prime’s next chance to get his first conference win of the season, but will have to do so by overcoming a ranked opponent, something he has failed to do since his first game on the sidelines for the Buffs.

The Cyclones have started the season 5-1, and were ranked No. 14 in the AP poll before they were overpowered by a very good Cincinnati squad last week. Quarterback Rocco Becht is one of the best signal callers in the Big 12, and this team is still very much in the thick of it to return to Arlington for the conference title game in December.

Here’s everything you need to know for Saturday’s clash, including the TV schedule, odds, injuries, and what to watch for.
