C.J. Cron earned this week’s Smashburger “Smashed It” Play of the Week for his home run on Sunday afternoon against the Reds. It was the first baseman’s eighth home run of the season, which leads the National League. It also boosted Cron to 21 RBI on the year, also tops in the NL.
