Troy says an argument can be made that Garoppolo is better than Cousins, but the reality is Garoppolo hasn’t played enough. Chad asks Troy about Elway drafting a QB, and Troy reassures the guys that Elway is concerned with signing Cousins or Keenum before he worries about drafting a QB at No. 5 overall.
