Terrell Davis: The Drive 2/8/17

Terrell Davis joins the guys, and says he’s been on Cloud 9 for a couple of days. TD breaks down getting to The Hilton & learning whether he made it into the Hall of Fame or not. Terrell says the wait for the phone call or any knock on the door was excruciating, and David Baker is the large man everyone was waiting to see. TD says he collapsed with excitement and joy upon realizing what was happening, and it was great to experience it with his family. It’s not about how long you play says TD, but the impact you made when you were playing. Davis talks about his college career, and still isn’t sure why Georgia called, but loves how unique his story has become. Also, DMac makes Terrell laugh about Mike McCoy throwing him a touchdown pass at Long Beach State.
