Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post joins the show to answer Al’s questions on things being different if a couple innings went better against Arizona. Patrick says you have to go back a long time to find a series where the Rockies gave up so many runs at home. The cracks are starting to show with the Rockies young pitching, and Patrick tells DMac the importance of taking 2 of 3 from the Dodgers this weekend. Al tells Patrick he’s looking for more offensive production, and Patrick says the Rockies need to be patient & string hits together instead of looking for the long ball.
