Guest:  Rich & Shelly Howard Founders OneFamily is a non-profit that helps families with parenting tools to improve their marriages.  Spouses are not on the same page with their parenting styles so their styles are contradicting each other which is hard to support the other parent and hard on their kids.  Many parents today are reactive and they do not have a chance to be proactive.  OneFamily helps give tools and practical advice to help parents be proactive and to help them build a healthy and strong family.
