Guest:  Sara Delong of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Charlotte Whitney with the Colorado Department of Human Services  Over 100 youth from across the state along with parents and supportive adults participated in a range of focus groups and panels to shape the campaign forward together. The principal lesson, when youth are connected to their peers, parents and other adults they trust, they tend to have strong mental health, and are less likely to engage in risky behaviors.
