Guest:  Jennifer Orrigo Charles. Executive Director of Colorado Preservation, Inc. Colorado Preservation is a state wide non-profit historic preservation advocacy organization that works with communities and individuals from across the state to save historic places and landscapes.  One of their programs is Colorado’s Most Endangered Spaces.  They get the help from the public to let them know of places that are historically important but vacant.  Once the property is selected, the place gets some media attention with the story to build public support.  The projects can range from just needing a helping hand and others places need help from the ground-up.  The Savings Places conference is coming up in February.  It is 3 days and is open to everyone who want to learn more about historic places all over the state.  ColoradoPreservation.org Savingplacesconference.org
