Guest: Kelly Dieh Senior Director of Science and Communications The Morris Animal Foundation has been around since 1948. They conduct animal research of all kinds to help solve animal health issues.  Right now, their biggest research is the Golden Retriever Life Time Study.  They enrolled 3,000 golden retrievers and it is a cancer research that follows them since they are puppies.  The Golden Oldies project is an offshoot program, which is they are getting golden retrievers that are 12 years or old who have either not had cancer or have been cured from cancer and use them as a control group.  National Dog Day campaign is a fundraising really focusing on raising money for their canine studies.  If you visit their website, you can see some of their other studies they are working on. https://www.morrisanimalfoundation.org/
