Guest: Judith Shlay, MD and Joseph Foster HPV, or human papillomavirus, is a common virus spread through intimate skin-to-skin contact that can sometimes lead to cancer.  Luckily, there is a vaccine against HPV, and it can prevent nearly 90% of all cancers caused by HPV!  The vaccine is recommended by the CDC for boys and girls at ages 11-12, but can be given as early as age 9. Joe is a survivor who found a lump on the right side of his neck; he shares his story with us and encourages parents to get their kids vaccinated.  HPVFreeCO.org
