Warriors Stiffle Cavs in Game 1 of Finals: Schlereth & Evans

Schlereth & Evans – 6/3/16 – Ryan Edwards fills in for Mike Evans during Friday’s show as he and Stink discuss the complete downward spiral the Rockies are in as well Golden State’s impressive game 1 win in the finals last night over Cleveland and the latest from Broncos OTA’s. Avalanche Executive Vice President of Hockey Operations Joe Sakic stops by to chat Avs off-season as well as NFL Insider Chad Brown to talk Broncos and other big stories from around the league.

Hour one begins with Edwards and Stink reacting to ANOTHER loss by the Colorado Rockies last night and the complete disarray the team is currently in as well how unfriendly the month of June has been in the past to the club.

The Morning Brew then takes place halfway through the hour where the fellas dive into Broncos OTA’s and Wade Phillips comments, Game 1 of the NBA Finals last night, the Rockies continued woes and a tennis player being penalized for a very interesting reason.  

They close the first hour with some reaction to how well rookie safeties Will Parks and Justin Simmons are performing at Broncos OTA’s.

The second hour starts with Stink’s “Clear The Air” segment where he sounds off on the Colorado Rockies being absolutely garbage in the month of June not only this year but every other year in recent memory as well. Check out Stink reveal his frustration with the club BELOW:
Mark and Ryan then jumped into 4 Down Territory where they chatted more Broncos OTA’s, Randall Cobb’s thoughts on wearing a mic during games, a few NFL players who have a similar counterpart athletically in the NBA and whether or not it was correct to have Blake Bortles ranked higher then Luck and Cousins on the NFL Network Top 100.

They close hour two with a discussion about Emmanuel Sanders and his contract being up after the 2016 season and how important he is to the team and General Manager John Elway must find a way to re-sign him by next off-season.

The third hour kicks off with NFL Insider Chad Brown joining Stink and Edwards to talk both Broncos and other hot topics from around the league. They dive into the urgency of getting Emmanuel Sanders re-signed before July 15th, the massive mistake he thinks Brock Osweiler is making by skipping the trip to the White House and who in the league he considers a better CB the Chris Harris Jr. Listen to the gents converse with Chad HERE!

Executive Vice President of Hockey Operations and former Avalanche captain Joe Sakic stops by the studio to to visit with Stink and Ryan as they chat the Avs off-season and expectations heading into next season, what he is looking for growth-wise from the young guns on the team and just how important it is to finish game down the stretch to hopefully land back in the playoffs.
