Hour one begins with some reactions from the Rockies’ 17-4 rout of the Cincinnati Reds, a game in which the Rox tied a franchise record hitting seven homeruns, and saw three players come a triple shy of the cycle.

The Morning Brew takes place halfway through the hour where the fellas touch on the hottest topics including Cody Latimer being arrested, the Broncos OTA’s continuing to unfold, the Rockies pounding homers, and the NBA Finals getting ready to start tomorrow.

Mike and Mark close out the hour with some chatter on the Broncos QBs, comparing how each one looks in practice, and Mark gives some of his best impressions of QB snap counts.

Hour two begins with Mark Schlereth’s “Clear the Air” segment where he revisits last night’s Rockies game and reminisces on the old Blake Street Bombers. Check out Stink’s rant BELOW:


After Stink let’s us know about his desire for a return of the Bombers, the guys move on to some more chatter about the Broncos QBs, this time with a focus on the importance of the signal callers footwork being fine-tuned come the start of the regular season.

Up next it’s Four Down Territory where the gents discuss how Cody Latimer’s arrest will affect him in the locker-room, whether or not they’re concerned about Demarcus Ware’s abesence from OTA’s, Walter Thurmond retiring after just six years in the NFL, and the Pro Bowl moving to Orlando.

To kick off the third hour of the show the guys are joined by ESPN basketball analyst Tim Legler to talk about all things NBA. Tim gives us the breakdown of how the Golden State Warriors were able to come back from down 3-1 to win the Western Conference finals. The guys pick his brain about the NBA finals and get the inside scoop of how the Warriors match up against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Listen to our conversation with Tim HERE!

The conversation moves on to the Rockies and the guys argue over whether or not the team should be making adjustments to Coors field to make the park more pitcher friendly.

The gents close the show talking about the personality of Paxton Lynch and how he compares to some of the other Broncos QBs they’ve talked to in the past, as well as some chatter on the lifestyle of rookies in the NFL.
