MASSAROTTI: “[Broncos QB situation] is horrendous”

The on going conversation about the Denver Broncos quarterback situation didn’t hit the brakes when we spoke with Tony Massarotti of 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston.

We initially brought Tony on the show to react to the Tom Brady 4 game suspension being reinstated, but Tony jumped into the Broncos. Tony labeled the Denver Broncos QB situation as “horrendous“. And adding “You can’t go into the season with Mark Sanchez… Elway can’t be serious about that“.

Tony took another big shot at Denver Broncos Executive VP Of Football Operations and General Manager, John Elway, when he said, “to have two quarterbacks in your operation with basically split time, and to win the Super Bowl and then lose both of them and get nothing in return… to me is a failure on the part of management there“.

It’s hard to question “The Duke”, especially after winning the Super Bowl. Only time will tell if Elway handled the quarterback situation correctly.
