3PM – Big Al and D-mac kick off the show talking about the NCAA tournament. They talk about the moves of the Browns signing RG3, and Big Al compares Collin Kaepernick’s situation with the 49ers to his situation in Cincinnati as a player. The guys are joined by Sports Illustrated writer Emily Kaplan, and they discus whether or not the Broncos should take a chance on Johnny Manziel. They question whether or not Manziel has yet to hit rock bottom. They ask if Manziel’s talent can be brought out given the right organization. Emily and Big Al ask if the Browns mistreated Johnny Manziel by benching him after a great game during the season, D-Mac thinks that Manziel was the one who handle the situation wrong. 4PM – The guys kick off the second and final hour of their shortened show discussing the remaining free agent players. Big Al reflects on his experiences being a free agent that wasn’t signed for a long time. The guys are joined by Jordan Norwood of the Denver Broncos to discus his newest contract. They talk about the free agent process and ask what lead Norwood to resign with the Broncos after his free agency tour. Listen to our conversation HERE! The guys talk about the releasing of Aaron Brewer, Big Al says that this will be a moment that fans will see as a mistake as soon as one bad long-snap occurs. The guys talk about the Avalanche and preview their game against the Wild. They talk about what needs the Broncos still have to fill in free agency and the draft.
