3pm- The show kicks off with the guys digging into Von Miller’s first appearance on Dancing with the Stars. The Big 3 at 3:30 touched on some of the new NFL rules announced today; Cuba’s baseball game with Tampa Bay; and if the NBA should penalize Dwight Howard as the NFL tried to penalize Tom Brady. The first hour closes with a conversation with USA Today’s Lindsay H. Jones about the latest from the NFL Owner’s Meetings including an update on Colin Kaepernick. Listen to that conversation HERE!

4pm Football at Four focused on Texans owner Bob McNair’s comments about Brock Osweiler and if the quarterback can carve his own legacy in Houston. Big Al also discussed the expectations Broncos fans put on their quarterback and if those might have chased Brock away. Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee came on the show to discuss Kaepernick’s status in San Francisco and why he would like out of that situation. Listen to that interview HERE! We check in with Bruno Von Bruno about the looks of Von Miller. They close out the hour discussing why Brock Osweiler left.

5pm- The third hour of the show underway with conversation talking about the Osweiler situation as Texans owner Bob McNair said Brock left Denver to get out from Elway and Manning’s shadows. Al thinks Manziel would be a better fit for this offense other than Osweiler. They close out the show talking about Von raising chickens and being on Dancing with the stars. The Broncos’ Quarterback position is the hot topic heading to the end of the show with Alfred thinking Johnny Manziel is still the best option to run this Bronco offense.
