Hour 1 of the Monday morning show kicked off with Mark and Mike discussing the factors behind Brock Osweiler’s departure from the Broncos. 

They then moved on to the Morning Brew where they chatted about the signing of Mark Sanchez on Friday, CU’s match up with the Huskies of UCONN, the first round match ups being held at Pepsi Center on Thursday, and the Avalanche’s vital loss to Winnipeg this past Saturday. 

Hour One closed with the guys analyzing the causes of the Avalanche woes and the possibility of a better record if a different coaching staff and system were in place.

Hour 2 started off with Schlereth & Evans taking a longer in-depth look at the signing of Mark Sanchez as well as the possibility of the Broncos adding more Quarterbacks either through free agency or the NFL Draft next month.

4 Down Territory commenced during the middle of hour 2 where the guys covered the importance of Demarcus Ware restructuring his contract with Denver, Johnny Manziel’s clearance of waivers from the Cleveland Browns, Steelers WR Martavis Bryant’s potential year long suspension from the league, and Mississippi State Quarterback Dak Prescott’s DUI over the weekend and whether the hiccup will affect his draft status in April.

The gentlemen closed hour 2 evaluating CU’s chances in the first round against UCONN as well as the likelihood of the Denver Broncos meeting the 49ers trade requirements to obtain QB Colin Kaepernick.

Hour 3 opened with Mark and Mike conversing with Broncos Insider Troy Renck from the Denver Post about the current Quarterback Denver Broncos. The Quarterback position was the focal point of their conversation and they discussed both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Colin Kaepernick’s chances of joining the Broncos organization.  Listen to our conversation with Troy Renck HERE!

The final hour of the show closed with Mark & Mike recapping where the Broncos and Fitzpatrick stand contractually and whether or not they believe that the organization and Fitzpatrick will be able to eventually work out a deal that would be suitable for both sides.
