Hour 1 gets rolling with Mike and Mark giving their thoughts on Peyton’s legacy not only in the NFL, but as a Denver Bronco. With Peyton riding off into the sunset, who is going to be the new signal caller for Denver? 

The guys discussed what it will take to keep free agent QB Brock Osweiler. Brock is the biggest free agent QB on the market. The Morning Brew kicked off with Peyton’s retirement, Cam Newton reacts to Peyton, NFL news, and the Avs get a big win.

Hour 2 kicked off with Coach Herm Edwards joining the guys. Herm gave his take on Peyton’s retirement and where he stands among the all time greats. Herm said Peyton has changed the culture of the quarterback position. Listen to Herm’s interview HERE

The guys continue the hour discussing if the Broncos should pony up and pay Brock Osweiler. 4 Down Territory starts with more on the Peyton retirement, Cam Newton reacts, more NFL news is covered, and Lovie Smith is the new head coach at Illinois.

Hour 3 got going with former NFL safety Ryan Clark joining the show. Ryan told stories about how difficult it was to out prepare Peyton Manning. Ryan said Peyton not only revolutionized the quarterback position, but changed how defenses prepared for star quarterbacks. Listen to Ryan’s interview HERE

Mark talked about the big changes coming to the Broncos offensive line. Mark said this is the Broncos biggest area of need for Denver. 

We replayed Gary Kubiak’s heart warming story about the difficult road back from injury for Peyton. Gary said Peyton was more determined than ever to get back on the field and lead the Broncos into the playoffs.
