Quinn Meinerz absolutely destroyed Aaron Donald then received a drug test text

Denver Broncos offensive lineman Quinn Meinerz did something special on Sunday night against the Los Angeles Rams.

He absolutely destroyed future Hall of Famer Aaron Donald in a clip that’s going viral.

Not many people can block Donald, let alone slam him to the ground. Even with Donald missing the last two seasons, he’s come out of retirement and the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year hasn’t missed a beat.

But he was no problem for Quinn Meinerz as the Broncos’ right guard manhandled Donald and showed why he’s been a First-Team All-Pro each of the last two seasons.

Denver rallied in the second half to stun Los Angeles 30-26 and move to 2-1 on the season. It was a memorable evening for Broncos fans, this time in a potential Super Bowl preview.

Yet most folks still had to go back to work on Monday morning, just like Meinerz, and he had a surprise waiting for him from the league.

Quinn Meinerz posted on his Instagram account a text saying he had been selected for a “Performance Enhancing Substance” test that must be completed before team activities on Monday afternoon.

These are random from the NFL, but the timing couldn’t be more hilarious. Meinerz wrecked Donald and now he must pass a drug test, with no indication it won’t be perfectly fine. These are conducted all the time.

It’s the cherry on top of a great Broncos moment from Meinerz and an excellent team win that has the fanbase feeling like anything is possible.
