Nathaniel Hackett has his eye on a certain “honor” amongst NFL coaches

May 10, 2022, 1:46 PM

Bald is beautiful, and Nathaniel Hackett hopes his football team plays as pretty as he jokes that he looks.

In a recent sitdown with NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the new head coach of the Denver Broncos said he was vying to become the “sexiest head coach” in the league. He’ll have to top his old boss, Green Bay’s Matt LaFleur.

LaFleur was found to be the hottest coach in the NFL in a poll of 316 women that ranked 1 to 10 on how good looking each coach is based on their first 10 pictures on google.

The joke Hackett was making refers to that poll, which he is not on since he was an assistant last year. Hackett kiddingly talked about growing out his hair and working out.

Either way, the Broncos got better looking at coach according to the poll; the fired Vic Fangio was found to be the least attractive. On the football side, it’ll be easy for Hackett’s style to best Fangio’s banal years in Denver on the football side.

Of course, this wasn’t the most important part of the interview as Hackett detailed his excitement about landing Russell Wilson, which he admitted he let out a little high-pitched scream.

“For any coach, you want a guy who is fired up and wants ownership and wants to represent the Broncos. That’s the passion that you’re hunting,” Hackett said. “What Russ does compared to other people, he’s spectacular.”
