The Broncos can’t contend with the fourth-best quarterback in the division

Mark Schlereth and Mike Evans believe that to be a championship contender a team has to have the first or second-best quarterback in their respective divisions. So the Broncos cannot expect to find success unless they create a stacked roster or develop Drew Lock to be better than Derek Carr or Justin Herbert.
