To find success in the industry broadcasters must grow from critiques

Kendall Valenzuela spoke with WSB-TV’s Alison Mastrangelo who started her career in Colorado Springs and helped build their first sports department. From there Alison went on to work at Denver7 to cover all things Colorado sports. Her biggest piece of advice? Be yourself. The industry is so small that working hard and staying true to who you are will get you noticed.
