Game notes

» The Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars have split their 10 previous meetings with the orange and blue holding a 3-2 advantage at home.

» With a win, Denver would become the sixth team since its inaugural season in 1960 to win 500 games and 14th overall.

» The last time the Broncos dropped more than three games to start the regular season was 1999, the year after John Elway retired. Before then, it had happened only once since the NFL merger, when Denver went 0-4 to start the 1994 season.

» Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. needs just one interception to become the 12th Broncos player to intercept 20 during his time with the club.

» Denver pass rusher Von Miller needs just one sack to pass Joey Porter for sole possession of 33rd on the NFL’s all-time sack list.

» Miller needs two sacks to reach 100 for his career, which would make him the fourth-fastest player to do so (Reggie White: 96 games, DeMarcus Ware: 113 games and Bruce Smith: 115 games).

» Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders needs just one 100-yard receiving game to pass tight end Shannon Sharpe and wide receiver Ed McCaffrey for fourth place all-time in franchise history with 19 such games.

» With five receptions, Sanders would pass tight end Riley Odoms for seventh-most (396) all-time in franchise history.

» Courtland Sutton needs just 49 receiving yards to reach 1,000 for his career, making him the fourth Broncos receiver to surpass that mark in 20 games or less.
