The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Adam Schefter joins the show to talk about Gary Kubiak going to the Vikings, and Mike Munchak agreeing to terms with the Broncos to become the Offensive Line Coach.

DMac talks about baseball at Oregon State, and the interview today with Scangarello from the 49ers now that the Broncos have been granted permission. DMac tells Al he hasn’t been this excited about the Broncos in a long time, and Big Al says let’s draft a first-round QB & let’s roll.

In the Big 3, the guys talk about NFL playoffs and Kyler Murray declaring for the NFL Draft. Also, the Denver Nuggets up against Big Al’s Golden State Warriors.

Big Al says the Mike Munchak hire was the best hire the Broncos have made in years, and Dmac talks about John Elway throwing VJ under the bus. DMac points out mistakes John Elway made & why Elway is saying Case Keenum is a short-term fix.

DMac talks about John Elway’s thorough search, and promises he doesn’t have a personal vendetta against Elway. Big Al says it was easy to see how good Gary Kubiak was in Houston with the guys he had.

DMac talks about uplifting the players & death by inches. DMac points out rookie haircuts, and Big Al moves DMac’s concept forward by saying the Broncos brightest stars must buy in whole-heartedly.

Big Al goes through the drafts Gary Kubiak was a part of, and points out some disasters along the way, including the Paxton Lynch pick in 2016.
