The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joins the show to talk about the year-old news regarding John Elway hiring Mike Shanahan as the head coach of the Denver Broncos & moving on from Vance Joseph, with the thought of bringing Kirk Cousins in as the QB. Denver 7 Broncos Insider Troy Renck joins the show to talk about the recent factors coming into play with Broncos ownership, and Big Al asks Troy who will be making the big decisions if the Broncos decide to move on from their current coaching situation.

DMac talks to Al about Joe Ellis preventing John Elway from bringing in Mike Shanahan in as Head Coach after last year, and Big Al points out that the proper research needs to be done before choosing the next coach of the Denver Broncos, including the Rooney Rule.
