The guys talk about the Rockies close win over the SF Giants at home on Labor Day, and if they still have a shot at winning their division over the Diamondbacks & Dodgers. Big Al is excited about the Buffs’ big win over the CSU Rams this weekend, and doesn’t think Chad Kelly has the stuff to be the Broncos’ permanent backup QB. DMac points out Josh Allen & Josh Rosen as QBs to watch as Denver progresses through the season as a gauge on if Bradley Chubb was a good pick or not. DMac sticks to his guns regarding his QB ‘manifesto’ and says either take a QB early in round 1 or wait until the later rounds to get one. Big Al thinks Phillip Lindsay should be the backup RB behind Royce Freeman, and wants to find out what kind of person Paxton Lynch really is.
