Cecil Lammey’s first, and only, 2018 first-round mock draft

Mock drafts are just click bait anymore. They’re like the “Family Circus” cartoon in the corner of the newspaper. You hate it, but you’re uncontrollably drawn to it. (I stole this line from the movie “GO” because it fits so well).
That’s why I only do one mock draft per year.
In this mock draft, I did my best to guess what teams will do in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. There will be no trades in this mock draft, which immediately makes it incorrect.
We know multiple teams will trade in the draft, and I tagged the picks that could be on the move. But just for simplicity’s sake, I selected the picks as they’re scheduled currently.
There will be no mock 2.0 from me. But, here is my 2018 first-round mock draft.
