The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE from Radio Row in Bloomington, MN for Super Bowl 52! ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joins the show to say the Pats have a chance to become arguably the greatest team in sports history, and Philly has gone a long time without winning a championship. James Palmer of NFL Network joins the show to say he’s excited about his home town of Philly being represented in the Super Bowl, and this Eagles team goes as Doug Pederson goes. Denver7 Broncos Insider Troy Renck joins the show to say he views the Senior Bowl performance from a very narrow prism, and the Broncos were simply there to gather intel on Mayfield & Allen.

Al & DMac discuss what has them in awe at radio row, and Big Al says he can feel the energy at the Mall of America. The guys are taken back by the cold, and Al can’t wait to check out the stadium. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joins the show to say the Pats have a chance to become arguably the greatest team in sports history, and Philly has gone a long time without winning a championship. Schefter talks about Brady going for his 6th Super Bowl win, and Belichick cementing his legacy. Al asks Adam who is on the trade block for the Broncos, and who is untouchable, including Von Miller. Schefter says Miller is trending toward the Hall of Fame, and Denver will be all-in trying to land a franchise QB. Listen to the interview HERE! DMac asks Al if VJ & the Broncos coaching staff’s poor performance at the Senior Bowl is a big deal, and Al says the future is staring Denver in the face. Al tells DMac he’s nervous about getting Von Miller hurt in the Pro Bowl. The guys talk about WEEI in Boston calling Tom Brady’s daughter a pissant, and Big Al says Tom Brady has the right to feel any way he wants to. DMac disagrees, and says Brady was being a little sensitive.

Big Al tells DMac he wants Alex Smith now, and DMac says if there’s any way the Broncos can unload Talib via trade, they should. Big Al tells DMac to expect top-notch coaching in Super Bowl LII, and compares Doug Pederson to a fresh version of Andy Reid.Sandy Clough joins the show to laugh about DMac consuming the products at the food court at Mall of America. Sandy says this is his tenth Super Bowl and he’s never seen a setup like this. Sandy says the Patriots defense is vulnerable enough to make the game close.
