Cecil Lammey’s Broncos Pregame LIVE in studio! Cecil runs through the stories about Paxton’s dedication, and even asked Paxton about his recent study habits. Cecil reviews what a team can do when their QB is limited, like allowing Devontae Booker to be the featured back & find the best way to use Jamaal Charles.

Cecil wants to know why Paxton didn’t win the job sooner, and says you need to live it, breathe it and sleep it to be successful as the Denver Broncos’ QB. Cecil thinks John Elway is one of the best to ever do it, and that should drive his players to play better to keep up the special tradition. Cecil runs through the stories about Paxton’s dedication, and even asked Paxton about his recent study habits. Paxton admits in the beginning, he didn’t know just what it took to make it in the NFL, and had to change the way he studied. Also, Cecil points out that compared to Paxton, Jared Goff isn’t exactly a road-scholar. Cecil tries to find out If Paxton is an alpha-male, and says you want a high level of confidence in your starting QB.

Cecil says in an RBBC, the starter doesn’t matter as much as the hot-hand & who gets the most snaps. Cecil foresees lots of RPOs, and Devontae Booker getting most of those looks.
