The Drive with Cecil & DMac LIVE in studio! The guys go through the cuts that have been made by the Broncos so far, and the Atlanta Falcons trade for Ty Sambrailo despite all the weird things that were happening with him here in Denver. Troy Renck joins the show hoping for a revers of course in the TJ Ward saga, and says it’s looking like Kyle Sloter has a decent chance of making the 53-man roster. Troy also mentions the possibility of the Broncos adding a player via trade or off the waiver-wire.

Brock Osweiler gets cut by the browns; Cecil says it was a basketball move done by baseball people. The guys go through the cuts that have been made by the Broncos so far, and the Atlanta Falcons trade for Ty Sambrailo despite all the weird things that were happening with him here in Denver. Cody Latimer is on the block, and realistic expectations for Jamaal Charles as a change-of-pace back are laid out. DMac doesn’t expect Zaire Anderson to make the team, and the guys decide when Sloter started to make NFL throws. Dmac debates with Cecil if there is a Kyle Sloter on every team, and Cecil says watch out for the Steelers, as they make moves to take on the Pats in ’17. Also, wild guesses on where Brock Osweiler will land. Cecil & DMac decide how many TEs the Broncos will keep on the 53-man roster, and DMac makes the claim that Chris Lewis-Harris & Lorenzo Doss will both make the team.

Dmac wonders if teams are afraid of being outbid for TJ Ward once he becomes a free agent, and worries about Ward ending up like Elvis Dumerville. Cecil says Broncos fans must prepare for no longer possessing a championship defense with Ward gone. Troy Renck joins the show hoping for a revers of course in the TJ Ward saga, and says it’s looking like Kyle Sloter has a decent chance of making the 53-man roster. Troy also mentions the possibility of the Broncos adding a player via trade or off the waiver-wire. Troy says the Broncos are looking at TJ Ward’s contract from an analytical perspective, and keeps in mind that things can pivot quickly in NFL free-agency. Also, Troy says the final hours before the cuts deadline are the most intense because of position needs. Listen to the interview HERE! The Seahawks get their man in Sheldon Richardson, and DMac wants to know if Brock Osweiler is a better option in Denver than Kyle Sloter. Aqib Talib was seen throwing his arm over Sloter?s shoulder, and DMac tells Cecil that means something. Also, DMac asks Cecil if the Broncos should just move Paxton to the DL. It?s been incredible to see Sloter put UNC on the map, and DMac talks about how Sloter can keep it going, despite coming from a small Colorado school. Who exactly is Paxton Lynch & how tough can he be? Cecil asks Paxton how it would feel being the Broncos starting QB, and DMac flip-flops on keeping TJ Ward around in Denver.
