LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!!!

They have re-scheduled the game between the Houston Texans & the Dallas Cowboys this week, and the guys review all the donations that have been made in relief of the floods in Houston & Louisiana. Al says it will be a good game between CSU & CU, and looks forward to seeing the Buffs secondary this year now that four starters have moved on. Dmac highlights Kyle Sloter’s journey through college football, and how he got to where he is now with the Broncos. The guys make fun of his tattoos & decide if Sloter will get a real shot at making an NFL roster. Von Miller & Brandon Marshall reach out on twitter to defend their ‘homie’ T.J. Ward & voice their opinion on keeping Ward on the team. DMac asks Al if Broncos management should listen to the players, and Al says don’t forget about Justin Simmons. Al notices a trend with Cleveland piling up picks. Chad Brown joins the show to talk about how players weed themselves out during the preseason. Al asks Chad about the slow bending curve when it comes to players learning what works in the NFL, and Chad says he’s looking for continuity & it’s not really about the Cardinals tomorrow. Chad says we must figure out who Kyle Sloter is, and John Elway cannot forget that T.J. Ward brings a certain irreplaceable swagger to the team. Listen to the interview HERE!

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

The Broncos match donations for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts, and DMac says the Broncos do not want to see another QB get hurt, even if it’s Kyle Sloter. DMac is shocked that Johnny Manziel has too much baggage for the CFL even, and Big Al says no bad apples, and cutting Ward would be a mistake. Dmac asks if the Sloter train is leaving the station, and Al wants to know from Broncos fans if they would trade Paxton & go with Kyle. The fans say every time Sloter has gotten the chance, he’s proven himself. The fans tell Al it’s funny how quick things change, and ask him if the coaching staff is the reason Lynch was a failure here in Denver. Al says he doesn’t know why Lynch can’t read defenses, but knows if Lynch can’t figure it out, he won’t play. The guys decide if Joe Haden’s contract situation is similar to T.J. Ward’s here in Denver, and if Kyle Sloter could play with the 1’s. Every player has value, and Big Al & DMac debate when T.J. Ward & Paxton Lynch’s value will run out.

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!!!

Derek Wolfe joins the show to say after a spinal injury, a hurt ankle is nothing. Wolfe says T.J. Ward brings the intangibles, and fires guys up when they need it. Wolfe thinks Ward is a huge piece of a well-oiled machine, and Shelby Harris wins the important hand battles. Big Al asks Wolfe the biggest difference between this year & last, and Wolfe says the Broncos are getting back to playing every down like they’ll never play again. Also, Al asks if Wolfe would pay $200k for an unstoppable move, and Wolfe says it would be one of the best investments you can make as a pass rusher. Listen to the interview HERE! Colorado Buffaloes Head Coach Mike MacIntyre joins the show to talk about how he feels when it comes to the Buffs recruiting class & how he feels about the two potent offenses for CU & CSU. Big Al is excited about young Steven Montez, and MacIntyre hopes Montez can handle the ups & downs of the full season & handle his role with some consistency. Also, DMac asks MacIntyre if it’s time to bring the RMS back to campus. Listen to the interview HERE! Big Al asks CSU Rams Head Coach Mike Bobo about the expectations & pressure of opening a new stadium in Fort Collins, and Bobo says he spoke with the players about it before the game against Oregon State, reminding them to do the things they’ve been taught since the beginning of spring.
