Coach Mike Shanahan joins the show to talk about going with Big Al to see Terrell Davis be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Shanahan tells DMac he can be the pilot, and DMac asks Mike about the budding relationship between him and all his old players becoming close friends now. Al asks Mike about watching one of his guys go into the HOF, and Shanahan compares the experience to watching his kids. Shanahan tells DMac he now realizes the mistake he made in not starting Bubby Brister & letting the best man win between Brister & Griese. Also, Big Al asks Mike about being a longtime member of the Denver community, and Shanahan says it’s like a dream to look back on.
