Stokley & Zach 05/30/2017- The guys are back after a long weekend and they dive into what they saw on day one of week two of OTAs at Dove Valley. The Fan Broncos Insider, Cecil Lammey calls in to give his take as well. The guys have live podium visits from Broncos head coach Vance Joseph, wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, and corner back Chris Harris.
Stokley and Zach kick off the show with what they saw from day 4 of OTAs. The guys react to Vance Joseph’s press conference and weigh in on what stood out to them the most as Broncos OTAs roll on this off-season. The guys then agree that Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynch looks more like an NFL quarterback this year. They compare the two quarterbacks that are fighting for the starting gig as well with Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch.
Hour two the guys dive into what teams are looking for coming out of the draft every season with their rookies. What should rookies do when they first show up to OTAs? Stokley & Zach respond. The biggest surprise to Zach was who is starting at left tackle to start week two of OTAs. Broncos wide receiver, Emmanuel Sanders is on the podium as well, the guys react. Zach tells us what he saw from Emmanuel today at Dove Valley. The fellas both agree that they are doing too many special teams drills too early at the UC Health Training Center.
The final hour starts off with Chris Harris at the podium from Dove Valley, the guys react. Brandon thinks that the young guys will have a lot to prove with a new coaching staff. After that, the guys switch up topics from around the sporting world. Tiger Woods is in hot water after getting a DUI over the long weekend and the guys react. The Fan Broncos Insider, Cecil Lammey joins the fellas to give his take on what he has seen at Dove Valley so far.
