Cecil Lammey joins the program LIVE from Indianapolis to talk about Forrest Lamp at the NFL Scouting Combine and the certain things Christian McCaffrey does in the natural passing game that stand out from the rest. Also, Tyler Polumbus joins the show to talk about guys in the NFL scouting combine that have intrigued him so far.
Christian McCaffrey runs the 40-yard dash and the guys are there to break it down with audio. The only thing that matters at the combine is can you run, and DMac is blown away by Christian McCaffrey on every test. Big Al talks about the most important thing to look at with backs at the combine, and the guys debate if Leonard Fournette is a star. Big Al says Leonard Fournette is a grown man playing with kids, and has an idea what teams should do with the No. 2 overall pick. Nothing about this week has excited Tyler so far, but he mentions he’s looking forward to seeing more physical performances from these prospects.
