Disrespect From Outsiders Continue: Schlereth & Evans

Schlereth & Evans – 5/19/16 – Ryan Edwards fills in for Mike Evans this Thursday morning as he and Stink talk disrespect continuing to be directed towards the Broncos as well as the Rockies goose egg against the Cards last night and Emmanuel Sanders’ place on the NFL Top 100 list. ESPN Baseball analyst Buster Olney joins the guys to talk the latest surrounding the MLB and Rockies.
The fellas opened the first hour with some discussion surrounding comments made by both Bradley Roby and Darian Stewart during OTA’s yesterday at Dove Valley.
Stink and Edwards then move on to The Morning Brew where they chat disrespect still coming the Broncos way, Emmanuel Sanders landing at #74 on the NFL Top 100 list and the Rockies getting blanked by St. Louis last night.
The gents closeD the first hour with a more a more in-depth conversation about former Steeler Ike Taylor’s comments on the Denver secondary being the second hardest hitting unit in the league.
Stink’s “Clear The Air” segment kicks off hour two as he urges people to STOP asking for the disrespect towards the Broncos to cease because he believes they will use it as fuel and motivation for the upcoming season. Hear Stink’s plea to folks BELOW:
4 Down Territory commenced at 7:30 where they guys dove into more reaction on Ike Taylor’s comments, if Emmanuel Sanders’ place on the top 100 list is high enough, Carson Palmer’s “addiction” to getting to the Super Bowl and Gronk trying his hand at ballet dancing.
Mark and Ryan close hour two talking a little more about Ike Taylor and reminisce about the Tebow to DT overtime touchdown that saw Taylor absolutely smoked by DT for the win.
The third hour begins with ESPN’s Buster Olney joining Stink and Edwards to discuss a wide array of baseball topics including what he thinks will happen to Rockies shortstop Jose Reyes, the Dodgers and Giants heating up and how tough it will be for Colorado to make a run in the NL West and whether he believes the punch landed to Bautista’s face by Odor was good for baseball or not. The back half of the final hour hears the guys shift gears towards the Broncos and how Paxton Lynch will undoubtedly have his ups and downs during training camp but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
