Schlereth & Evans – 5/17/16 – It’s a rainy morning here at The Fan but the guys are fired up to dive into Broncos OTA news. We also covered NBA and NHL playoffs, the Nuggets hope to get some luck in the draft lottery tonight, and Atlanta is lowering their concession prices.

The guys kick off the show discussing the Broncos off season workouts coming up and Mark Sanchez’s thumb injury. Virgil Green talked yesterday at Dove Valley about the promising young tight ends for the Broncos. 

The Morning Brew kicked off with Mark Sanchez and his thumb injury, we go over the NBA and NHL playoffs from last night, the Nuggets hope to get luck in the NBA Draft lottery tonight, and the Atlanta Falcons are lowering their concession prices.

PaxtonHour 2 kicked off with the guys talking about how former 1st round Quarterbacks have fared if they sit or start right away in the NFL. The guys think Broncos youngster Paxton Lynch should sit and learn before being thrown into the fire. 

The guys then discuss the Rockies upcoming 9 game road trip. Mike and Mark think this is a crucial trip for the Rockies season. This is the type of road trip that has derailed the Rockies in the past, going even 5-4 would be huge for the Rockies playoff hopes.

Hour 3 kicked off with the guys talking about whether or not the Broncos need another veteran QB. Mark Sanchez’s injury only cements Stinks thought that the Broncos need another veteran QB on the roster. 

Can Paxton Lynch come in his rookie season and have success? Or should the 1st round pick sit and develop in his first pro season?
