C.J. and Paul Klee break down Super Bowl odds for this year. Las Vegas has six teams ahead of the Broncos to win the Super Bowl this season. Should the odds makers have Denver higher up and a top five Super Bowl team? C.J. and Paul Klee debate that. C.J. brings up the point that the Broncos should probably be at least in the top five in Vegas. C.J. would move Denver ahead of Arizona and Green Bay The guys agree though that this is just extra motivation for players on the Broncos’ defense such as Chris Harris and T.J. Ward.
Hour two Matt Moore from CBS Sports joined C.J. and Paul Klee at the top of the hour. Matt breaks down what he’s seen so far in the NBA playoffs. Matt previews game six between the Spurs and Thunder tonight and gives his own prediction. Matt finishes his interview with the guys, talking about Steph Curry winning the MVP award this year and how other players from around the league feel about Curry. Listen to the full interview HERE!
After Matt Moore, the fellas continue to break down if Steph Curry should have been voted as a unanimous MVP. Paul Klee argues that he would still start a franchise with LeBron James. C.J. thinks there is just a lot of hate going around for Steph Curry right now.
ESPN NFL Analyst Joe Banner jumped on the show. Joe talks about the possibility of the Broncos’ making linebacker Von Miller the highest paid defensive player in the NFL. Joe explains how in order to pay a player a large amount a team must make sure it will pan out. Joe also weighs in on what he would like to see in the next CBA NFLPA agreement with the NFL. The guys wrap up the hour with more NBA discussion. C.J. and Paul Klee go into how they want to see Cleveland take on Golden State in the finals because of how heated it would get.
Hour 3 kicks off with C.J. and Paul Klee talking about the Raiders’ possibly moving to Las Vegas. C.J. is up for the move and believes it would be an awesome move for the NFL. C.J.’s reasoning is that with Vegas already being a top tourist attraction it would be just another destination when visiting Vegas. Paul Klee is also up for the move but knows there would have to be some schedule changes with start times.
C.J. and Paul Klee look at the recent announcement about where Super Bowl 52 will be held. The NFL has announced that Super Bowl 52 will be held Minneapolis, Minnesota. The guys look at the announcement as maybe a good thing for Denver. If a colder city like Minneapolis can get a Super Bowl, why can’t Denver? C.J. thinks it’s a huge possibility sometime maybe in the future.
ESPN MLB Insider Pedro Gomez joined C.J. and Paul Klee.Pedro breaks down Nationals’ outfielder Bryce Harper being intentionally walked and how the Rockies have looked thus far this season.
