3PM – Big Al and D-Mac start off the week by talking about the Broncos’ workouts starting, noticing that Brandon Marshall was present despite his hold out. They go over Big Al’s picks for the Broncos’ 2016 schedule, and his lack of optimism for how Denver will start off the season. Big Al goes game by game and explains why he has the defending Super Bowl champs will start of the season on a losing streak. D-Mac kicks off the Big Three at 3:30 by talking about the absence of Von Miller at the off-season work-outs. Big Al talks about the Boston Marathon and they discuss how the event continuing to move forward is great for this country. D-Mac brings up the release of Brian Hoyer and asks if he will make his way to Denver. They discuss Mark Sanchez and the high praise he’s been getting from his teammates, saying they love his hardworking mentality. They discuss how several teams have been working out Paxton Lynch, and that at this point it’s becoming unrealistic to think that the Broncos will be able to select him at 31.

4PM – Mike Klis joins the guys for Football at Four to shed some more light on the Broncos’ signing of Ronnie Hillman. They compare Hillman’s contract to C.J. Anderson’s, discussing how much more value C.J. Anderson has despite sitting behind Hillman for most of the season. They talk about the prospects of restructuring Demaryius Thomas’s contract in order to free up some more cap space. The discuss how the Broncos will go about figuring out Von Miller’s contract. Listen to our conversation with Mike HERE! The guys discuss the feeling of the team around the Broncos’ first off-season workouts. Big Al explains how these workouts are good for smaller skill-position players but not very important for linemen and other larger postilion players. The guys talk about Peyton Manning, who spoke at the NASCAR race about how he’s spending his now permanent “off-season”. They talk about the idea of Peyton Manning being a broadcaster.

5PM – The guys discuss Emanuel Sanders’s comments about Mark Sanchez as Sanders told Sanchez to not worry too just not make mistakes as the defense can drive the team forward. They talk about Alex Smith as Big Al thinks that Mark Sanchez can be just as good. They talk about the Broncos team going into 2016, and Big Al defends his position that the Broncos will not reach the same level of success next year, particularly at the start of the season. Big Al talks about the Cleveland Cavaliers and how their chances of winning the NBA finals this year are quickly dwindling. They discuss Seahawks’ Safety Earl Thomas wearing a crown to his wedding and how ridiculous they think it looks. They talk about how the Huston Rockets were embarrassed in game one against Golden State. They talk about how even with Stephen Curry out the Rockets are sill major underdogs against the Warriors. D-Mac says that it is a shame that the NBA and NHL playoffs go on at the same time.
