Klis reports that the charges have been dismissed because of issues with the police stop.
Gordon has pled guilty to reckless driving for excessive speeding. During his arrest in October Gordon was ticketed for going 71 mph in a 35-mph zone.
The running back will pay a $250 fine and a $229 court fee, according to Klis.
Before the DUI dismissal Gordon was likely facing a three-game suspension from the NFL. It is still unclear if Gordon will be subject to discipline from the league.
This means the Broncos running back can return to the team in 2021. According to Klis he has a $4.5 million guaranteed salary that should not be voided with a $2 million camp reporting bonus. This brings his total payout to nearly $7 million in 2021.
