Time To Unlock the Lock! The Drive: 11.26.19

Nov 26, 2019, 7:03 PM

LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!

The guys kicked off the show reacting to last night’s Ravens win over the Rams. DMac made the case that NFL teams need to build offenses for their QBs. Is Mason Rudolph officially done as the starter for the long run with the Steelers? Our ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joined the show and gave his thoughts on the MVP season Lamar Jackson is having. What are the Panthers going to do with Cam Newton in the off-season? Adam explained why he doesn’t think we will see Drew Lock this week against the Chargers.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!

The guys discuss if there is a split decision within the Broncos organization on who wants Drew Lock to play and who doesn’t. Are the Broncos ready to start Lock or are they just wanting him to be the backup quarterback to Brandon Allen? DMac said that he can’t find anyone within the organization that wants Lock to be the starter. Tyler gets mad and explained that the Broncos might be pressured by the fan base to play Lock. The guys make the argument to bring back Jared Veldheer to play tackle so that Garett Bolles be benched. Nick then invented his perfect super hero quarterback. DMac and Nick argue on which college quarterbacks they like. Nicki Jhabvala joined the show and gave her thoughts on if and when Drew Lock will play this season.

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!

In the third hour, the guys hear from Tim Patrick catching DMac trying to be slick when asking a question about Drew Lock. Do John Elway and Liam Neeson have something in common?

LISTEN TO HOUR FOUR HERE!

The guys recap the top stories from today in the Top 6. Is Lamar Jackson a glimpse of what could have been for the Broncos or would they have hindered his development? Can Portland contend with the Nuggets in the Western Conference with Carmelo Anthony? Tyler and Nick talked about what it’s to be an athlete during the upcoming holidays.
