The Broncos dished out a $36 million contract to the veteran free agent this offseason just for this reason, the co-host of “The Drive” said, and there’s no better weekend prove himself.
“We are staring down the battle of one more opportunity for Case Keenum to prove that he is worth the money that the Broncos gave him,” Williams said. “There is no better weekend to do it, against a weak defense.”

“We’ve got to hold them to 23 points, 27 points at the max, and then we have to do our thing. It’s time for Case Keenum to earn his pay,” Williams said.
Keenum has had middling results so far through 2018, however, ranking near the bottom of the league in touchdown passes (8),
