Report: Beth Bowlen seeks to be named ‘controlling owner’ of Broncos

Beth Bowlen, the second-oldest child of Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen, has expressed interest in once again joining the organization, per a report from The Athletic on Thursday.
Nicki Jhabvala reports Beth Bowlen informed the Broncos leadership and the NFL that she wants to be appointed controlling owner of the club.
The Pat Bowlen Trust offered this statement in response to the report:
The Pat Bowlen Trust offered a statement in response: “Beth Bowlen is not the only Bowlen child who is expressing interest in becoming controlling owner. The trustees have informed Beth of their determination that she is not capable or qualified at this time.”
