Denver Post Rockies Beat Writer Patrick Saunders joins the show to say Jon Gray was supposed to be the rock in the Rockies lineup everyone could count on, and Gray doesn’t currently have the focus required of an ‘Ace.’ Big Al asks Patrick about Charlie Blackmon’s new contract, and things Nolan Arenado is looking at as his new deal nears. Also, Patrick decides if the Monforts even want to pay Nolan the millions of dollars it will require to keep the star third baseman around Denver.
