Jim Ramsay, SE region aquatic biologist for Colorado Parks & Wildlife joins Terry to say people don’t realize 2015 was a big water year in SE Colorado. Most are familiar with Queens Reservoir, and Jim mentions the good number of all fish species available. Terry says we may lose access to some waters, and Jim highlights the Spring crappie bite. Terry says before fishing, it’s a good idea to check private lands on the website, and asks Jim about the condition of John Martin. Jim says the walleye numbers are improving.
