Executive VP of Football Operations John Elway joins the show to talk about the direction of his organization as the Broncos introduced Vance Joseph as their Head Coach this afternoon.  John thinks that to hold people accountable, you have to give them responsibility, so VJ will get a chance to hire his staff.
